I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent order I placed with RASHANBOX RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED. I had ordered a combo pack of three half-sleeve shirts. However, to my utter surprise and dissatisfaction, I received a completely different product — a saree. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
I was looking forward to receiving the shirts as they were meant for regular use and had carefully selected the combo based on the description and images shown on the platform. Instead, I received an item that is not only unrelated to my order but also completely useless for my personal needs. It feels like a clear case of negligence or mismanagement at your end.
As a paying customer, I expect to receive exactly what I ordered. The entire experience has been extremely disappointing and has eroded my trust in your service. What was meant to be a smooth shopping experience has turned into a source of inconvenience and stress. I strongly urge you to take this matter seriously and rectify the situation at the earliest.
I request an immediate replacement of the incorrect item with the actual product I ordered – the 3-shirt combo with half sleeves. If that is not possible, I expect a full refund of the amount paid. I also request that the wrong item be collected from my address without any additional cost to me.
Please take this feedback as an opportunity to improve your service and ensure that such mistakes do not happen in the future.
