I had ordered a black crossbody bag from your site Elle and blanc (an instagram linked site) on 10th June 2025. Yesterday, i.e. 15th june 2025, a completely different bag with a different color had been delivered.
I would like to return this and recieve my order asap.

If you do not respond, I will contact you directly, and in an unforgiving manner. Your site has zero contact information and even the mail provided doesn’t exist. Kindly refund my money or send me the CORRECT item IMMEDIATELY.
Please do not dupe me, as I will surely contact the police and the administratives responsible for your correction.
