Dear Rashanbox Retail Private Limited Team,
I am raising a complaint regarding my recent order #113283. I had paid ₹1199 for 4 shirts, but instead I received 1 old/used jeans pant, which is completely unacceptable.
Please arrange:
Return pick-up of the wrong item, and
Replacement of the correct 4 shirts or a full refund of ₹1199 at the earliest.
Kindly resolve this issue on priority as it has caused inconvenience.
