The sales team of the company procured my name , address and phone number and despatched face wash worth Rs 699/- which I had never ordered. The shipment was COD which reached my residence when I was not home and money was taken by misrepresenting the family members that the product was ordered by me. There is no clue regarding how the product can be returned.
