I booked a flat in real value padmalaya. After multiple speculations, I cancelled my booking. I am yet to get my booking advance of 1 lakh even after multiple follow ups. The officials dont even answer responsibly. its been almost 2 + years now. please provide the required help. My dream of buying a home got shattered with Real value. they are not ready to give back my hard earned money. Please help. Attached the receipt for reference.
