Refund of Money
I cancelled ticket with PNR no 6261186027. As per railway authority that money refunded on 24 Feb 17 but as per mini statement their no refund of money. Question arise where is money? Neither money with railway nor bank where is money? Almost 5 month is over but still money not yet refunded account. Who is responsible for this no taking responsibility by railway nor bank. Consumer is cheat by government firm. Please look in this matter. I attached ticket & bank mini statement
