I tried to rechage my mobile UP(East) No.9451557172 through ICICI credit card on 29-04-2014 but it failed with the comment that time expired in my first attempt. In second attempt it is successful.
Later on checking the records of my credit card account I found both the trasactions have been booked.
After checking my mobile account by *123# it shows only the credit of secon trasaction of Rs.100.00 only.
Kindly refund the ammont to my credit card account.
