Sir/Madam My son bought a refubished tv on 23/10/2022 and made a payment of Rs. 1599/- via Gpay . Google transaction ID is CICAgJCq85aySQ. UPI transaction ID is 229682762267. After payment I got a deduction message on mobile which read as f54e83ba-dbe9-4553-bde3-1b8f69a935b6_1666531871 – 1599.00 To Helloex on Google Pay. Please look into the matter so that either I got the amount back or got the item ordered.

I HAD MADE PAYMENT OF RS.2198/- FOR A REFURBISHED ANDROID MOBILE PHONE BUT HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. I HAVE ALSO NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. IT IS REQUESTED TO SHIP THE MOBILE PHONE TO MY ADDRESS AT THE EARLIEST.
