We paid 18,000 for a trip, and the following day we called to schedule a trip for which we had already paid in full. They advised us to call their customer service number, but after four days no one answered because he did not have an itinerary for the location, so we followed up because they never did.
When the real picture finally emerges, they will show you the 4-5 star hotels that are listed in their agreement and booklet.
They are offering hotels that cost 700–800 rupees per day, so we requested that they offer better hotel options and, as promised, a 30–40% discount on flight tickets if notified 45 days in advance.
Even though we returned to their office in the Amanora Mall, they continue to give flimsy excuses, such as the fact that we can give anyone a profit of ideally between 5 and 10%.
They will ask you to come to their office as you have been selected as a privileged member and you will get free salon and movie vouchers, which they would never give, just to get money from you by pretending that you are one of the 10 families they are choosing.
They’ll ask you to wait for an hour while enticing you with these offers, and if you fall for it like we did, then assume your money is lost.
If they pick up the phone, perhaps they will say they will get back to us, but they won’t, so we are still persistently following up without receiving a response.
I need a refund of my money.
