I had ordered a combo of three shirts from their website on 17/07/2021, but I received ladies dress instead. I am trying to reach out to them but they remained unavailable and there is no proper contact available. The product was assigned to Ecom Express for delivery, but now they are refusing to return the money as they say that the return must be initiated from the shopping company’s end. I am suspecting being a victim of online fraud. Kindly help me out.
