This organisation managed by Mr. Madhusudan has fraudulently collected money from me in guise of a holiday booking package and cancelled my booking without prior warning.
He had me rethink my plans when the departure date drew near.
I discovered he has additional complaints against him after looking into his business more closely.
I requested a full refund because I could no longer rely on him.
which, despite a formal commitment to do so within a month, he has not done.
He still hasn’t paid back more than 2.5 lakhs after more than a year.
His delays are justified in ways that a five-year-old could not.
He has no apprehension of authority.
asks us to do whatever we want when we request a refund.
