I am using 6 monthly prepaid plan. I got email on 2/8/17 that invoice is generated amounting 4128/- and I should pay it before due date of 10/8/17.

I replied to same asking for invoice copy. I cleared it that I will not pay until invoice is sent. Note that since about last 2 years they do not send invoice at first. They provide it only after my insisting for it.

I was reminded for payment on 10/8/17 i.e. Due date. I again replied to [email protected] asking for invoice and then only I will pay the bill. But I never received the responce neither bill copy.

I tried contacting customer care at 180030007777 but it was always busy that each time I waited for 15-20 minutes and no representative could attend the call.

I also contacted appellate authority at 18602002011, but denied any help without me registering the complaint, which I could not by email and call.

After due date, they sent one more mail to pay bill amount plus late payment penalty amounting total to 4250/-. I again responded to that by asking for invoice copy and asked reason why should I pay for penalty when invoice is not sent.

I aslo tried contacting ahmedabad office at 079-30342251 but was not able to connect. Also searched for its number online and all the numbers found were incorrect.

Moreover, today my connection is cut down without any notice. Without my fault. It is their fault to not provide invoice copy.
