I have reliance communication gsm number 9022080271 my balance was 120++ but after sum deduction suddenly balance went to 8 im a senior citizen ans hardly use this number for any other purpose i havent activated any other service on this number your customer service ppl arent responding i have complained since last two months but im getting notorious replies kindly check my account details for 6 months since i dunno when this amount was deducted neither your reliance instacare app shows my last recharge , this is really montonus to keep complainin for credit of my amount back to my number .Moreover i called on your toll free number from my other number 9699185818 and again balance was deducted for talking on toll free number 18602002011. Kindly look into the mattetr and credit Rs. 120++ in 9022080271 and Rs. 5 in 9699185818. Kindly do the needful at ur earliest
