I have recharge my no with Rs 198 through INB on 14/03/17 after that I got the sms from rcom ie “Dear Customer, your request could not be processed. Please try again later. We regret the inconvenience. Reliance.” After getting this i agin recharge the same amount 198 and agin i got above mentioned respone then I go through the RELIANCE INTACARE mobile app there was a response that ur request couldn’t be process please try. Then I recharge with Rs 85 for top up and only got the sms for recharge of 85 and didn’t get the core balance. Then i again rechrge with Rs 152 which i was got through checking at *129# ussd and then got the response ie “Dear Customer, this RCV cannot be used in conjunction with your current plan. Regret the inconvenience caused. Reliance.” After that I was trying to contact with customer care sevaral time but couldn’t. Next day at 1:52 I got two consecutive sms ie ” Congratulation! MBBP198_3G has been successfully activated on your phone.Thank You. Reliance” for both Rs198 recharge previously which was failed. Then at instacare app also showing for both recharge. Many times i tried to contact with cc but couldn’t. Fortunately on after two days my call was connected with cc and I explained the situations but representative said I got the min, when I asked him for sms that i got disconnected my call since when i tried to call cc the response i got that thank yuo for calling at reliance and got sms in response “We are unable to process your request at this moment. To check balance details Please dial *367# or sms BAL to 55333 (tollfree) to know your Mobile. Reliance”. Please some body help me out what I do….
