I was using 3G dongle with 1GB plan@ Rs250. With 4G launch in May2016, reliance started a campaign asking its customers to upgrade to 4G. I bought 4G router with a confirmation from reliance communication outlet that current plan will continue. As RCom was migrating from 3G to 4G, services were not available in 3G dongle or 4G router but still got the bill at regular rate. After 2 months, router service was activated. Now to my surprise started getting bill of higher plans without me asking for it. My bill suddenly was Rs 700 in July 2016 and Rs 1200+ in August and September with plan changed by reliance on their own. I have complained multiple times but still no adequate response. They do not terminate service as well even after submitting cancellation requests, I am getting regular although service is already suspended by them 2 weeks ago.
