I user of number 9509221220 signed up for an Advance Rental Plan for a year for unlimited use of Data and Calling Services. A month ago I receive a call from Reliance offering me to upgrade to 4G connection and that they will offer “1GB complimentary 4G services and then the regular plan of Unlimited Data at 3G services shall go on. After a month I realise that my data has been exhausted because they have capped my services to mere 5GB of Internet and further data at 16kbps speed. After multiple calls to Consumer Cell and Appealete Authority they cant help me and tell me that “The Company Policy has been changed” On asking them to direct my call to Mr. SHIVA NAIDU the circle head they refused and neither did they get me a resolution and asked me to live with it.

This is a really sad thing from Reliance Communications.
