Sir,
This is to request about my refund my excess amount paid to reliance communication .in the event change in service provider roughly on month of march 25 I have done all the settle Kent and paid an excess amount for which I hand requested through no of mails approximate since 3 months and more and following it up contonuesly but then there is no progress or action taken on the same they give just simple mail mentioning that your issue is re escalated and one of our Coustomer will contact to you and it is there stand still every time I follow up they are just acknowledged with such mail there is no progressive action taken request you help to get back my hard earned money thank you
