Dear Team,

I am not satisfied with the service provided by customer care and appellate authority of reliance communication, because on 18/02/2017 i recharged my mobile 9393939381 with Rs.200/- full talktime from PAYTM. And on the same day Rs.100/- was deducted from my account for a single local call for 30 seconds, which was clearly showing in the call data which was received from customer care by paying Rs.25/-. But still they are telling that i have been charged for ILD call, so there is no wrong deduction and no waiver.

The following are the details which was submitted to them after receiving call data from them….
