I m a reliance digital TV user wd card no 200870414054.i m not able to c channels for last 10-15 days.i was trying to register complaint on dere website everytime msg we comming that ur complaint has been registered by no response from there are.when I called them on customer care no n again registered a complaint they said we will resolve ur problem in 2 days after 2 days when I again called them they said today technician will be coming bt nothing happened.again when I called them today the put me on hold for ten minutes.N after getting frustrated I again called them after disconnecting the call n response was that I have conceded ur limit to talk to customer care.kindly protect my rights my valuable time n my money.
