I had taken loan of 2500 rupees from RICH CASH APP
on 4/4/2022 which was called as “Happy Wallet loan.For that loan due date was 10/4/2022. I paid 1000 rupees from phone pay .When I am entering my UTR no. app is giving error. msg as” UTR number already exists” .But app is today showing overdue amount of Rs.It is not taking my paid amt of 1000 rupees. I want to clear the due amount but whenever I am going to clear the due it is showing the overdue as 2850 rupees.They are not updating my paid amount of 1000 rupees .
Pls chk and rectify the inconvenience
