Order raised for 10 kg mangoes on 04 April and paid an amount 529 rs order #3198 but not yet delivered seems they are fake please make arrangements to reimburse the above amount immediately.

I ordered 10 kg kesar mango and deposited Rs. 505 but didn’t recieve any message. How to complain ?
