I have ordered one dress from Instagram page named as Roohi collective managed by dimpal bhatt. She delivered the wrong product and now she is not refunding money nor replacing product. They are not sharing their no. As well & not at all responding messages on Instagram.
Please help me to refund my money and take a strict action against that company.
