I placed an online order for 1 kilogram of kaju and paid the amount of Rs. 399/- using Upi, which is Google Pay.
Unfortunately, there is no information about the status of my order on the website, and there is no way to contact them.
Therefore, I kindly ask that you file a complaint and, as soon as possible, either arrange for the delivery of my order or refund of Rs. 399.
