I paid them Rs. 45000 for 3 years membership including 1 foreign trip. They pick calls after many try and then give excuses foir non-availability. When ask again same excuse. Their persson who sold me membership has changed and then I tried and contacted them the person whom I called that also left company and same with 2 more representatives of them. I was told some another terms and now they are denying it and moreover not providing me booking. Full fraud and I have puchased more than 1 year back and no holiday I can use. They are not even refunding my money. I wont be able to use holiday as they are not providing me holidays. They always give ilogical excuses. So I want any government authority to check this and get refund of my money and of many more who have been cheated by this company Royal Vintage Holidays, Bhopal.
