Dear Sir,
I have Purchased Holiday Package from Royal Holiday Vintage for 3 Years duration on 27 November 2023 for Rs 42,875.00. At the time of booking they promised they have tie up with many hotels accross india and I will be getting 100% booking. From December 2023 I did tried booking for Hyderabad, Mysore and Wayanad destinations but I am not getting any email responses and when I tried to reachout their booking number 079-48222200 none of them are picking the call. Please help me to get the refund
