We have took 3year membership plan on November 2023 based on the commitments given by the branch Manager Ms. Falguni. She commited that we can book more than 1 room based on that the nights will be reduced. So my husband and his friend shared the amount and took this membership so that we could plan holiday together. We paid 53k. And when we tried to book reservation team told that only 1 room will be given as per membership. We talked to ms. Falguni. She said they will give 2 rooms no issues in that. But reservation team didn’t allowed. Thus our first holiday plan was dropped. Falguni lied to us. She is not picking my call.

We booked again for January 26. But reservation team said booking window will be open only before 15days of the date given by us. How can you book good resorts just 2 weeks prior that too for public holidays? They provided 2*,3* resorts and again we were forced to trip our holiday plan.

In march also we didn’t get any availability. In august also. For August 15th i mailed on August 1st. After 1 week they said not available because dates were so close. If we mail before 2 months you will say booking window will open before 2 weeks. If we mail before 2 weeks u will say dates are so close. Whats is point in this? Why cant you open the the booking on August 1st and give booking on August 15?

1. Why ms. Falguni lied to us? She lied to complete her monthly target?

2.If you will be able to confirm only before 2 weeks how can our friend or family book additional room in the same resort as it will be sold out or price will be high?

3. How can you book a 4* property juz before 2weeks that too in a holiday as good resorts will be already sold out?

4. We already dropped 4holiday plans because of your bad service. What is the compensation?

5. We have complimentory international days in our membership. If your service is like this without getting property how can we book flights 5,6 months prior?

Actually this is the complaint mail i have copied here. They committed within 24-48 hours they will respond their manager will contact. Its already 72hrs. No one called or replied. When i called them they told they will contact. Thats all. No value to customers . its our hard earned money.
