I have been emailing them since May 18, 2024, for my hotel booking in Nainital. I initially asked for a booking on June 15, but they denied it, citing high demand due to summer vacations and asked me to extend the dates. After discussing with them, I made a booking for July 13, and they confirmed that the booking would be possible on that date.
Since then, I have sent them 6 gentle reminders, but they have not replied. Today, on June 21, they again said that the booking is not possible and asked me to extend the dates. Sir, I had booked the package to travel with my children during the summer holidays, but they keep asking me to extend the dates and are not providing the service. Please arrange for my amount to be refunded.
