This is a completely bogus business and a consumer scam. They invited customers to pick up gifts and sell their worst travel plans. The customer service representative who sold you the package cannot call you after you pay for the package. I made the mistake of buying a plan from this ridiculous travel agency. Don’t waste your money and time.
I made a 4-day itinerary. At the time of the deal, they said they would provide breakfast and dinner, round trip tickets and taxi service in a 4-star hotel room.
But when I went on a trip, they did not provide the above services except to book a room at a 2-star hotel. I have to prepare my own food and travel. Full washing and tertiary services. you’re just robbing someone
