I purchased TAGHEUR watch from royalwatches.club website on 1st Jan 2018 which was delivered on 4th Jan. It was mentioned that there is warranty for two years. (ref no mentioned on the courier was RADO1840) It was also mentioned that if the item is not as per the satisfaction then it will be returned. I received the item from VOKIN BIOTECH – DELHI. Customer care no was mentioned as 01142078115 and email was mentioned [email protected] parcel was sent by blue dart (AWB 59649086663).
After receiving the parcel I realised it was not in working condition and was also not as per the specification mentioned. I tried to call the customer no provided on the courier but my efforts were useless as there was no response. I tried calling customer care nos mentioned at the website 011-45036002 and 8527050720 but there was no response. Finally I dropped a mail at the email id ([email protected]) mentioned on the courier pack. I sent one reminder also but there was no response. I also dropped several mails at the customer support of website ([email protected]) but all the mails are bouncing. In the meanwhile I kept on trying customer care no and finally one guy Karan picked up the call and suggested to drop mail at [email protected]. I kept on writing mails at all the ids but there is no response. I have been trying to contact them as well normally they don’t pick up the call and if at all the call is picked up after hearing the problem they will simply drop the phone. Recently someone picked up call and said we will not honour guarantee do whatever you can.
Please look into the matter.
