This is to inform you that,, I received the wrong product on 19th january 2023,The item sent was a bed sheet or might be a big towel. The product you delivered is not in accordance with the purchase contract I concluded with you. I therefore request you to send me the right product free of charge within 7 days of the date in this or return my payment or else I’ll file a suit in the consumer forum. The product already received can be returned at your expense, or you can collect it. I await your response.
