We had booked a flat in 25Hour life Thane Tower B1 3506, based on false commitment provided by sales team. Later on when we found out issues with land n property which builder also confirmed . We immediately decided to no longer continue with the booking and requested for cancellation of flat which is well within rera timelines.Through continuous emails and calls we are trying to solve this amicably but Runwal is adamant on refunding us our hard earned money.
Cancellation is on account of runwal, but still runwal is not refunding our booking amount of Rs. 1.08lacs based on their booking policy which is not in line with Rera practices . This is not acceptable and utterly disappointing from reputed builder like runwal.We have filed a case with them in Rera and will fight for our money.
I urge flat buyers to kindly take note of the same and think wisely before investing.
