I had booked 2 BHK flat in Runwal Garden in the month of Oct 2019 and paid token amount of Rs 57771/- accordingly. But due to loan sanction problem I cancelled my booking before registration which is full refundable. I informed to Runwal office and requested for refund. Submitted aadhar, pan and bank statement for cancellation procedure but till date I have not received my money. Now their executives are not picking up my phone nor giving reply to mails.
