Runwal garden – Not refunding my token amount

I had booked one bhk flat in runwal garden Dombivli in month of January at the time of booking it was said to me clearly that ,there is an offer going on where booking amount is refundable so at the time of booking I gave the token amount and book my flat and later on due to some medical problem I was not financially strong so is decided to cancel it and immediately after within 1 month I cancel my flat and even I gave a confirmation to the concern team also even I have all the screenshot recording and all that the booking amount will be refunded within 90 to 120 days after waiting for such a long time I am not received any kind of refund from you guys so I just went to the CRM department so now they are telling that it has been forfeited without any intimation now they are telling that it won’t be refunded so I please request you to help and please repair my token amount as it is much needed for me .
