The following complaint is regards to Builder Runwal Group for Runwal Garden City – Balkum, Thane – India 1. The builder delayed the construction for several years 2. They forced me to pay money without any receipt to get the keys for my apartment. 3. They collected 100% completion amount in March and even after several follow up the key was provided in Sep, 2013 Note: Possession Received on Sep, 2013 which was due in Dec, 2011 The Intent of this complaint to inform everyone to stay away from Runwwal to avoid such bad experience and pain point for 2 years to finally get the possession.     Name of company/service: Runwal Group

    As per agreement with Runwal Group, possession of my flat (in Runwal Garden City, Phase 2, Balkum, Thane) was supposed to be on 31st December 2011 but not yet got the possession till today, 23-Jun-2012. Looking at the construction, it looks like it may get delayed by 1 more year. (total +18 months delay).

    I’m staying on rent basis in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. I seek either my rent to be paid by Runwal for this delay or I should get atleast 9 to 10% interest on the amount paid to Runwal (About INR 26 Lacs as of today).

    Kindly help me on this matter.

    My query has been resolved and it was a warm experience. I’ve received the possession of the flat 801, Aster, Runwal Garden City, Balkum, Thane (W) with no issues. Please disregard my earlier post.

    I received pooja kit as well from Runwal group.
    It was overall good experience at the end.
