I have applied for a loan on 16th september with the app RupayeKey. i have given all the details and necessary documents and submitted. And i was sanctioned 2000 rs from which after the charges the said will disburse 1200Rs..but i didn’t received any amount. so i rechecked and came to know that i have give wrong bank account no and name.
when i tried to edit i didn’t got any option so i deleted the app thinking that it will get cancelled automatically. But today suddenly i got a msg asking for the repayment. and when i gave all the necessary proof that person gave a call on whatsapp and abused me that im fraud. and have edited the details.
I even sent a mail regarding this to the only mail id which is available on the website.. i want necessary action to be taken the company.
