I, amitra kundu along with 6 others flat owners has purchased a flat in a stand alone building in the year 2011, address being 24/c, satyajit kanan road, subham building, flat-2c, mukundapur, kolkata-700099 and living at the same place from the year 2012. During our stay for the last six years, we are all continuously facing a major issue in the water supply from the corporation as poor quality of piping material has been used by the promoter. To get it repaired or replaced from the corporation we are continuously asking for the water supply related corporation papers from the promoter, but as on date he is unable to provide the same and at the same time behaving with us in a very rude manner as if we have made a very big mistake by purchasing a flat from him. I would request you to book a complain against the promoter and help us to resume the proper water supply to us which is the basic necessitiies and is being enjoyed by all other people, except the one who are staying in the same building.
