Thank you for your message. I am really sorry for this inconvenience. What I was trying to clarify you in my previous email is that the license you purchased through ebay is not a valid license through an official Avast Distributor.
We as company can not responsible if anyone is re-selling falsely advertised licenses through e-bay. I hope you understand that person who sold you this falsely advertised this license as a 4 year license. We do not sell our licenses through ebay.
I hope you understand position our company is that can not address every web scam online.
