We have given token amount of rs.14, 500/- once and rs.1, 00, 000 of 50, 000 each cheque’s to mr. Kishore of s v builders dammaiguda, due to some issue we have not got sanctioned the loan, and the builder not told us about this and he kept quite and we are in dream that we are purchasing a home, we tried to be in contact with him but he has not answered our call, later after following up with him he said your loan is not sanctioned i will give back the amount to you but he as not given, we are chasing him constantly later after some days on 3rd march he gave us a pdc of 16th march, we have deposited the cheque but it is bounced due to insufficient funds, we called him to intimate him he said i dnt have amount wait for some days, and he is constantly making us wait that i will give today i will give tomorrow but till now he as not given amount and he never pick the call when we call, if we call him 20 times he will lift at 21 time and some times not answer only. It is our hard earned money. Please help us to get our money back. He is making us fool.. We lost our peace of mind. I request suggestions n help to get our money back.
