Name of the woman: Nikita Singhal
Offering goods on Whatsapp under the Sab fashion broadcast list.
I placed an order for a dress on April 4 and paid 390 rupees for it.

I kept requesting my Travking ID after that.
She did not provide me.
I received a notification from Shiprocket on April 13th stating that my order from Sab Fashion had been packed.

However, I didn’t get anything until April 20.
When I used Shiprocket to track my package, it indicated that the seller had canceled it.

The woman rejected what I told her when I told her the same thing. She sent me a nasty audio message stating that 70% of the cancellation amount would be deducted when I messaged her to ask for my money back.

And she informed me that this is Timepass when I questioned her about the cancellation and the lack of product shipment.

I have filed a consumer complaint on Whatsapp with the reference number 5708050 regarding the same issue.
However, my issue has been closed with no resolution.
I am in possession of every detail.
1) My payment slip; 2) The shiprocket message
3) the seller’s cancellation message on the Shiprocket page; 4) the seller’s response; 5) the seller’s audio; 6) the seller’s broadcast list bearing the name Sab Fashions

Strict action must be taken againt these cheaters..
Otherwise many people will be cheated by such persons..
