I had purchased a enamel necklace and matching earrings online after seeing the photo for 1,25000 from sagar jewellers in jaipur. On receiving the set, I decided to return it as it was not as thick as I thought or it appeared in the photo. I sent the set back te next day and told the jeweller to refund my money or exchange it for something else. The jeweller refused point black and said he will cut 25% making charge.
What are my rights?i don’t want to be forced to keep the necklace. The jeweller did not mention that I cannot return the set and I have returned pieces of jewellery before.
