I had bought this house from Sahara in Lucknow, Sahara Prime City. I have paid a amount of 45 lacs and bearing heavy EMI’s. They are not at all responsive now and not ready to give our money back neither the possession of the house. We have even suggested give us another unit which is ready to which also they are not responding.

I have tried recently a education loan in my family against the property however no banks gave me the same since i dont have the registry of the house.

I would appreciate the consumer forum intervention and help in this regard. The township is functional and only a part is under construction to which my house because i don’t have a registry on my name.

My parents have faced harassment from the banks involved, Sahara and not to mention the gruesome time they had chasing Sahara, HDFC and banks we reached out to get the education loan.

Please assist.
