Sir,
I have two account of sahara india real estate bond, The maturity of same was april 2015, but there was some documents missing in your aghoria bazaar muzaffarpur branch code 1325 office due to which payment delayed by your branch. After that branch asked for an affadibate for same which has been attached with it. The affability was submitted on 11/12/2017, but when i again enquired for it all most after a month then i have been told by your office that payment advice has come but they refuse to pay it and asked to convert the payment again in a bond for 2 year.
This account of my mother and she is not at all willing to do so, so i request kindly make the payment at earliest as possible.
