Respected sir/madam
i have done my online shopping from Saleshop.biz [email protected] via shopify.com on 14/03/2018 and placed order for Philips Buy 32000mAh Power Bank with i6s Bluetooth Headset,received on 20/03/2018 at 5:45 pm in the evening by cornier boy at Gandhi medical college and given cash on deliver is 1340 rs,after receiving the product excited and opened the product then i got surprised it was damaged,i tried to contact where i have purchased and almost 3 mails regarding the product and called given number by Sales shop biz,but there is no response,this is contact number given by Saleshop,biz is 9953012317,after so many repeated call even they were not responding,i was so depressed and tried many of the times for return the purchased product but it is showing error.

here i request you to do justice for me
