I placed an order number DHSS936943
I received the order today because it was Cash on delivery but on my surprise immidiately after opening the box I found that both the Power bank received is defective.
Item No 1. The Plastic body received as cracked.
Item No 2. The circuit inside placd inside is loose making sound while shaking from outside. Tried to contact Them but their
Moreover for 2 power banks total 3 cables supplied alongwith. {2 Black (output cable) + 1 white (Charging cable)}
their published Email : [email protected] but 3 times I received Mailer domain delivery failure report….. They Published Telephone number 9953012317 which is continiously busy and the other number they published 9773624694 ….. This number also comming always as switched off. Uff what a business phone? I am cluless how to get my replacement?
