Ordered a chair, but not delivered and tried to contact them but no response at all.

I am writing to file a complaint against the online shopping website Saletodoor.in for non-delivery of a product I ordered and paid for.

Order Details:

• Order Number: 107504

• Product: Gaming Chair – “Gaming chair, Computer chair for office and home; For triple monitors”

• Order Date: March 1, 2022

• Payment Mode: Paytm

• Amount Paid: ₹2,033.00

• Website: saletodoor.in

I placed the order on March 1, 2022, and received an on-screen confirmation that my order was successful (screenshot attached). However, to date, I have not received the product, nor any communication from the seller regarding shipping or delivery.

I tried to reach out to the seller through their website but found no contact information or customer support options available. All attempts to communicate have gone unanswered.

This has caused me financial loss and inconvenience. I kindly request the forum to take appropriate action against Saletodoor.in and help me get a refund or ensure the delivery of the product.
