I Purchased Galaxy S10 Plus 128 GB SM-G975F/Blue-355332100142973 for Rs 73,900 through Bajaj Finance at that time the offer was going on Samsung Smart Cafe NoG5-G6 Lower Ground Floor No 142 Phoenix market City ,Velachery Road .Invoice number -SGS/5708/2018-19 was promised that i will be given offer of samsung buds Speakers at Rs. 3999 still date i was informed or got message or Phone call from Samsung or from Retail purchased mobile . I want to know why Rumours are spread that i will be receiving a message regarding this offer .Even selling outlet and wide publicity was made regarding this offer .When Customer are not provided with this offer why to fool Public i want to know ? .So in future dont give false promises to promote sale of your product For Reference https://www.samsung.com/in/offer/galaxy-s10/accessories/.Even the Executive i the samsung outlet Mr.Rajesh (Mob- 8220188777 also promised me about he offer and he said on the same day of purchase i will not getting my offer it will be intimated in my registered Mobile after a month or so but still i didnt get any message or Phone call ,Then why this type of false Promises ,I Request Dont Fool Public to promote your launch product if promises are given try to fulll fill
