I ordered Mobile Handset named Samsung Galaxy F41 on 12th of November 2020, my mood of payment was UPI having reference number “031706033643” and the amount was Rupess 7859/- . The order was cancelled by their side that day itself but it’s been more than a month the refund is still not being initiated. The order ID provided to me is “11564650325”. I have complained them multiple times regarding this still no action has been taken, the complainant number is “3100853837”. Sir, please do me a favour to take necessary action in this regard. Thank you
