I started to searching some good plots in and around in chennai. I searched through internet and i registered my mobile number in one of the real estate website. I got a call from sarala housing pvt ltd., thirumangalam, chennai. They keep on called me and asked me to come for site visit. Atlast, one sunday i went for site visit with them. They showed some property near sriperumbadhur. They told the amount of rs. 2, 40, 000. I paid rs. 40, 000 as down payment and the rest of the amount as emi. I paid the emi for 5 years without missing any of the emi. After they asked me to pay rs. 45, 000 for registration fee. But they got my money totally rs. 2, 85, 000 but they not yet did the registration of my land. Still they are saying some falsy reasons. They are holding my money more than 2 years simply. I don’t know how to proceed with this. Whenever i will call the owner, he will cut my call. If i call from some other number, he will ask me to talk to his manager. And moreover, most of the time manager not be available. They are dragging me as much as possible. There is no use to talk with those people. I am planning to go for legally on next month (Jan 2018). Pls be aware this kind of frauds. Don’t join for emi schemes in real estates.
