This is to bring to your kind notice that SARE Homes Gurgaon with whom I have booked a Unit T09-1602, in Sector 92 GreenParc Phase III, have failed to deliver the flat which was due on 12 Oct 14, even after lapse of 42 months from date of commencement of construction.
As per buyer’s agreement, company should offer the possession with 36 months from the date of Sanction of building Plans.
Now at this stage i want compensation for delay in possession because i have to pay EMI/Interest of housing loan and also i am paying rental for my house.
Please pay my bank loan interest amount from date of delay as per buider Buyer agreement because i am not able to pay all these additional burdon.
If we don’t hear back from the company on resolving the matter in next 7 days i.e., by April 4, 2016 then we will be forced to take other action. Look forward to resolving the same.
