I bought a 3 bhk in tower f (F-105) under subvention schemes in 2016 from sare homes: springview heights, ghaziabad, up. From last 1 year they are not paying the emis at all. They don’t reply on mail, calls. My loan account has become npa. There is almost no progress in construction since i bought.

Neither they are making progress not paying the emis.

Not sure what to do. Please suggest.
